18. VOLUNTARY REROUTING Not permitted, except as provided for in
Paragraphs 14. (reservations changes) and 20. (upgrading).
20. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A. Cancellation/No Show Forfeit 25% of the fare paid.
NOTE: Forfeit does not apply before Deadline.
B. The non-refundable amount may not be used as a credit towards the
purpose of any other fare.

3. For Y-23 fares: Two in each direction.
