16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
A. Before Departure: Cancellation/ No Show Forfeit: USD 125 per Adult and
USD 125 per Child.
B. After Departure: No refunds.
C. At Any Time: Forfeits may be used as credit towards the purchase of any
higher applicable fare. If the higher fare is subsequently cancelled, the
original forfeit will apply.
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING
A. Before Departure: Not permitted.
B. After Departure: Permitted no later than the day before the day of the flight
being changed at a charge of USD 125 per Adult and USD 125 per child
for each transaction.
