FARES When the Transatlantic sector is flown in Intermediate Class and other<br />

sectors are flown in the same or lower class, the fare will be the applicable<br />

through Intermediate fare.<br />

PASSENGER EXPENSES Not permitted.<br />

4. FLIGHT APPLICATION/ROUTINGS<br />

A. Fares between Area 1 and Japan/Korea may also be applied via journeys<br />

which include a North Polar routing provided that for the journey between<br />

the last ticketed point in Europe and the first ticketed point in Japan/Korea<br />

is in accordance with the North Polar routing.<br />

B. Fares between Area 1 and Area 3 (except Japan/Korea) shall not be<br />

applied via journeys which include a North Polar routing.<br />

NOTE: For the purpose of this rule, North Polar routing is defined as any<br />

routing between Europe and Japan/Korea via Area 1 which does not touch a<br />

point in North America south of 60 degrees North latitude.<br />

5. RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING<br />

TICKETING AND PAYMENT From Bangladesh/ India: Must be completed<br />

within 14 days of reservations.<br />

8. STOPOVERS<br />

A. Restricted: One permitted.<br />

B. Unrestricted, where travel involves a North Polar routing: Permitted in<br />

Anchorage.<br />

9. TRANSFERS 2 permitted in each direction (except from Bangladesh/India:<br />

Two permitted at points In Area 1/ South Asian Subcontinent, one permitted online<br />

in North America and three permitted in Area 2).<br />

10. CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS SC100 applies; however, from<br />

Bangladesh/India: Two outbound OW fares may not be used to construct a RT<br />

journey.<br />

19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS Children: Accompanied: Charge<br />

75% (except from Japan: Charge 67%); Unaccompanied: Not permitted<br />

(except from India, unaccompanied 8–11: Charge 75% (except via DL); from<br />

REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW<br />

A. Before Departure: Cancellation/ No Show Forfeit:<br />

1. Before Deadline: Full refund.<br />

2. After Deadline: CAD 175/USD 125.<br />

B. After Departure: Cancellation: The refund, if any, will be the difference<br />

between the fare paid and the fare for the journey completed.<br />

C. At Any Time: Forfeits may be used as credit towards the purchase of any<br />

higher applicable fare. If the higher fare is subsequently cancelled, the<br />

original forfeit will apply.<br />

VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING<br />

A. Rebooking:<br />

1. Outbound portion of the pricing unit: Not permitted.<br />

2. Inbound portion of the pricing unit: Permitted at a charge of CAD 175/<br />

USD 125 per transaction. Such transaction must be made no later<br />

then the day before the day of the flight being changed.<br />

B. Rerouting: Not permitted.<br />

19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS<br />

A. Children: Accompanied: Charge 75%; Unaccompanied: Not permitted;<br />

Infant: Charge 10%.<br />
