FARES When the Transatlantic sector is flown in Intermediate Class and other
sectors are flown in the same or lower class, the fare will be the applicable
through Intermediate fare.
PASSENGER EXPENSES Not permitted.
4. FLIGHT APPLICATION/ROUTINGS
A. Fares between Area 1 and Japan/Korea may also be applied via journeys
which include a North Polar routing provided that for the journey between
the last ticketed point in Europe and the first ticketed point in Japan/Korea
is in accordance with the North Polar routing.
B. Fares between Area 1 and Area 3 (except Japan/Korea) shall not be
applied via journeys which include a North Polar routing.
NOTE: For the purpose of this rule, North Polar routing is defined as any
routing between Europe and Japan/Korea via Area 1 which does not touch a
point in North America south of 60 degrees North latitude.
5. RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING
TICKETING AND PAYMENT From Bangladesh/ India: Must be completed
within 14 days of reservations.
8. STOPOVERS
A. Restricted: One permitted.
B. Unrestricted, where travel involves a North Polar routing: Permitted in
Anchorage.
9. TRANSFERS 2 permitted in each direction (except from Bangladesh/India:
Two permitted at points In Area 1/ South Asian Subcontinent, one permitted online
in North America and three permitted in Area 2).
10. CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS SC100 applies; however, from
Bangladesh/India: Two outbound OW fares may not be used to construct a RT
journey.
19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS Children: Accompanied: Charge
75% (except from Japan: Charge 67%); Unaccompanied: Not permitted
(except from India, unaccompanied 8–11: Charge 75% (except via DL); from
Japan: Charge 67%): Infant: Charge 10%.
20. TOUR CONDUCTOR DISCOUNTS Permitted subject to General Rule 6.6
(except from India to Canada: Not permitted).
21. AGENT DISCOUNTS Permitted (except from India to Canada: Not
permitted).

16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
A. Before Departure: Cancellation/ No Show Forfeit:
1. Before Deadline: Full refund.
2. After Deadline: CAD 175/USD 125.
B. After Departure: Cancellation: The refund, if any, will be the difference
between the fare paid and the fare for the journey completed.
C. At Any Time: Forfeits may be used as credit towards the purchase of any
higher applicable fare. If the higher fare is subsequently cancelled, the
original forfeit will apply.
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING
A. Rebooking:
1. Outbound portion of the pricing unit: Not permitted.
2. Inbound portion of the pricing unit: Permitted at a charge of CAD 175/
USD 125 per transaction. Such transaction must be made no later
then the day before the day of the flight being changed.
B. Rerouting: Not permitted.
19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS
A. Children: Accompanied: Charge 75%; Unaccompanied: Not permitted;
Infant: Charge 10%.
B. Children pay full cancellation/rebooking/rerouting charges.

400/ CAD 280/ CNY 1700/ HKD 1600/ MOP 1600/ MYR 850/ SGD 400/
THB 8400/ TWD 7000/ USD 200 as applicable.
C. At Any Time: Forfeits may be used as credit towards the purchase of any
higher applicable fare. If the higher fare is subsequently cancelled, the
original forfeit will apply.

the inbound portion of the pricing unit at a charge of CAD 175/USD 125 per
transaction. Such transaction must be made no later than the day before the
day of the flight being changed.
