16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
A. Before Day of Departure: Refund the fare paid less CHF 200.
B. From the Day of Departure: No refund.
C. The non-refundable amount may be used as credit towards payment of
any higher applicable fare. The original non-refundable amount remains
non-refundable; the new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be
annotated 'NONREF/SPEX'.
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING Permitted at a charge per
transaction of CHF 200; such transaction must be made not later than the day
before the day of the flight being changed.
17. HIP AND MILEAGE EXCEPTIONS
A. Between LUG and ROM: Permitted via GVA / ZRH wIthout mileage
surcharge.
B. Between LUG and ROM: PermItted via BSL provided no stopover is made
in BSL.

VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING Not permitted.
EXCEPTIONS:
1. To Belgium (from BRS, LON)/ Bulgaria/ Greece/ Italy/ Netherlands: For
passengers who have reached their 60th birthday at time of departure and
accompanying passenger who has reached hIs/her 55th birthday at time
of departure and travelling together: rebooking: inbound portion of the
pricing unit permitted at a charge per transaction GBP 25; such
transaction must be made not later than the day before the day of the
flight being changed.
2. From Bulgaria:
a. Before Departure: Upgrading permitted.
b. When used for Senior CItizen fares: Rebooking of the inbound portion
of the pricing unit permitted once; such transaction must be made not
later than the day before the day of the flight being changed.
3. From Tunisia, UK: Upgrading permitted.
18. TICKET ENDORSEMENTS
A. SC100 applies.
B. When used for Senior Citizen fares: The date of birth of the passenger
must be shown on the ticket.
