RESERVATIONS
A. Deadline: no requirements.
B. Must be made for the entire pricing unit.
TICKETING: AND PAYMENT
1. Must be completed within 72 hours of making reservations.
2. Tickets must show reservations for the entire pricing unit.

8. STOPOVERS 4 permitted per pricing unit, each at a charge of JPY 15000.
16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
A. Before Departure: refund the fare paid less JPY 15000 (Children: JPY
10000).
B. After Departure: no refund.
C. The non-refundable amount may be used as credit towards payment of
any higher applicable fare. The original non-refundable amount remains
non-refundable. The new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be
annotated NONREF/PEX.
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING Not permitted.

2. Inbound portion of the journey permitted once at a charge of USD
100; such transaction must be made not later than the day before the
day of the flight being changed.
B. After Departure: permitted subject to payment of the difference between
the fare paid and the next applicable higher fare; such transaction must
be made not later than the day before the day of flight being changed.
19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS Children: charge 75% of applicable
adult fare; Infant: charge 10% of applicable adult fare.

GBP 50/EUR 80/MUR 1000; such transaction must be made not later
than the day before the day of the flight being changed.
B. After Departure: Inbound portion of the journey: Permitted once at a
charge of GBP 50/EUR 80/MUR 1000; such transaction must be made not
later than the day before the day of the flight being changed.
C. the applicable fare for the revised journey must be recalculated from the
point of origin and any difference collected/refunded.

16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
A. Before Departure: refund the fare paid less EUR 100 150 (Children: EUR
100).
B. After Departure: refund the difference between the fare paid and the
applicable normal OW Y fare for the transportation used.
C. The non-refundable amount may be used as credit towards payment of
any higher applicable fare. The original non-refundable amount remains
non-refundable; the new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be
annotated NONREF/ PEX.
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING
A. Before Departure: permitted at a charge per transaction of EUR 100
(Children: EUR 100); such transaction must be made not later then the
day before the day of the flight being changed.
B
After Departure: changes of reservation and/ or routing are permitted
against a fee of EUR 100 (Children: EUR 100) per person and transaction;
such transaction must be made not later than the day before the day of
the flight being changed. This is subject to the condition that the
cancellation of the original reservation(s) and new reservation(s) are made
prior to the original onward/ return flight(s) in a single transaction; entry of
reservation(s) in ticket(s) can be handled separately.
C. In the case of no-show routing/ reservation changes are only permitted on
payment of the difference to the next higher applicable fare, calculated
from the point of unit origin, without cancellation fee. However, in case of
further changes the regular cancellation fee of EUR 100 (Children: EUR
100) remains non-refundable and tickets must be annotated NONREF/
PEX.
D. Upgrading permitted as per sub-paragraph 16.C.

10. CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS
COMBINATIONS
A. Permitted with domestic fares end-on.
B. One half of this fare may only be combined with one half of excursion
fares between Europe and Central/ Eastern/ Southern Africa. The entire
pricing unit is subject to the conditions of the fare having the more
restrictive conditions.
12. SURCHARGES No requirements.
EXCEPTION: from Scandinavia for outbound ttravel 10 Dec - 31 Dec:
surcharge of DKK 800/ NOK 800/ SEK 800.
15. SALES RESTRICTIONS
EXTENSION OF VALIDITY Permitted, subject to General Rule 13.2.12,
