A. Before Departure: refund the fare paid less JPY 15000 (Children: JPY<br />

10000).<br />

B. After Departure: no refund.<br />

C. The non-refundable amount may be used as credit towards payment of<br />

any higher applicable fare. The original non-refundable amount remains<br />

non-refundable. The new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be<br />

annotated NONREF/PEX.<br />

VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING<br />

A. Before Departure: permitted at a charge per transaction of EUR 100<br />

(Children: EUR 100); such transaction must be made not later then the<br />

day before the day of the flight being changed.<br />

After Departure: changes of reservation and/ or routing are permitted<br />

against a fee of EUR 100 (Children: EUR 100) per person and transaction;<br />

such transaction must be made not later than the day before the day of<br />

the flight being changed. This is subject to the condition that the<br />

cancellation of the original reservation(s) and new reservation(s) are made<br />

prior to the original onward/ return flight(s) in a single transaction; entry of<br />

reservation(s) in ticket(s) can be handled separately.<br />

C. In the case of no-show routing/ reservation changes are only permitted on<br />

payment of the difference to the next higher applicable fare, calculated<br />

from the point of unit origin, without cancellation fee. However, in case of<br />

further changes the regular cancellation fee of EUR 100 (Children: EUR<br />

100) remains non-refundable and tickets must be annotated NONREF/<br />

PEX.<br />

D. Upgrading permitted as per sub-paragraph 16.C.<br />

pricing unit is subject to the conditions of the fare having the more<br />

restrictive conditions.<br />

12. SURCHARGES No requirements.<br />

EXCEPTION: from Scandinavia for outbound ttravel 10 Dec - 31 Dec:<br />

surcharge of DKK 800/ NOK 800/ SEK 800.<br />
