5. RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING<br />

RESERVATIONS<br />

A. Deadline: 7 days.<br />

B. Must be made for the entire pricing unit.<br />

TICKETING AND PAYMENT<br />

A. Deadline: 7 days (except from Austria: 7 days, but no later than 72 hours<br />

after reservations have been made).<br />

B. Tickets must show reservations for the entire pricing unit.<br />

6. MINIMUM STAY 7 days counting from the day after departure on the<br />

outbound Transatlantic sector to the earliest day return travel may commence<br />

from the last stopover point (including for this purpose the point of turnaround).<br />

7. MAXIMUM STAY 3 months. May be extended up to one year at a surcharge.<br />

8. STOPOVERS Not permitted (except from Belgium/Scandinavia: one permitted<br />

in USA).<br />

9. TRANSFERS in each direction:<br />

A. From Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands: One at the North American gateway,<br />

one in Area 1, and one in Europe.<br />

B. All other journeys: One at the North American gateway, one on-line in<br />

North America and one in Europe.<br />

10. CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS<br />

COMBINATIONS<br />

A. End-on and side trip combinations permitted.<br />

B. On a half RT basis with another North Atlantic APEX/PEX/SPEX fare. The<br />

more restrictive conditions of either fare apply to the entire pricing unit.<br />

12. SURCHARGES Extension of maximum stay period: DKK 800/NOK 800/SEC<br />

800.<br />

16. PENALTIES<br />

REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW<br />

A. Before Departure:<br />

1. From Austria: Cancellation/No Show Forfeit: EUR 125.<br />

2. From Belgium: No refund.<br />

3. From Scandinavia: Before Deadline: Full refund: After Deadline: No<br />

refund.<br />

B. After Departure:<br />

1. From Austria/Scandinavia: Cancellations: The refund, if any, will be the<br />

difference between the fare paid and the fare for the journey<br />

completed less EUR 125, DKK 800, NOK 800, SEK 800.<br />

2. From Belgium: No refund.<br />

C. At Any Time: From Belgium/Scandinavia: Tickets may be upgraded to a<br />

higher applicable fare without forfeit. If the higher fare ticket is<br />

subsequently cancelled, the original forfeit will apply.<br />

VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING<br />

A. Before Departure:<br />

1. Before Deadline: From Austria/Belgium: Not permitted; From<br />

Scandinavia: Permitted.<br />

2. After Deadline:<br />

a. Outbound portion of the pricing unit: Not permitted.<br />

b. Inbound portion of the pricing unit:<br />

(1) From Austria/Belgium: Not permitted.<br />

(2) From Scandinavia: Permitted no later than the day before<br />

the day of the flight being changed at a charge of DKK 800/<br />

NOK 800/SEK 800 for each transaction.<br />

B. After Departure:<br />

1. From Austria/Belgium: Not permitted.<br />

2. From Scandinavia: Permitted for the inbound portion of the pricing<br />

unit no later than the day before the day of the flight being changed at<br />

a charge of DKK 800/NOK 800/SEK 800 for each transaction.<br />

19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS<br />

A. Children: Charge 75%.<br />

B. General Rule 6.2 applies (except children pay full cancellation/rebooking<br />

rerouting charges).<br />
