6. MINIMUM STAY The Sunday Return rule applies.<br />

REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW<br />
A. Before Day of Departure: Refund the fare paid less 20%.<br />
EXCEPTION: From Germany: Before departure: Refund the fare paid<br />
less EUR 100 (Children EUR 100).<br />
B. From Day of Departure: No refund.<br />
EXCEPTION: From Germany: After departure: Refund the difference<br />
between the fare paid and the applicable Normal Y OW fare for the<br />
journey travelled.<br />
C. Upgrading: At any time: The non-refundable amount may be used as<br />
credit towards upgrading to a higher applicable fare recalculated from<br />
the point of unit origin. The original non-refundable amount remains nonrefundable<br />
and the new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be<br />
annotated ‘NONREF/P1EX’.<br />
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING Not permitted.<br />
EXCEPTIONS:<br />
1. Upgrading to a higher appilicable fare permitted.<br />
2. From Germany:<br />
a. Before departure: permitted at a charge of EUR 100 (children EUR<br />
100), per transaction. Such transaction must be made no later than<br />
the day before the day of the flight being changed.<br />
b. After departure: inbound portion of the pricing unit permitted at a<br />
charge of EUR 100 (children EUR 100), per transaction. Such<br />
transaction must be made no later than the day before the day of<br />

Switzerland to Belgium, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary,<br />
Netherlands, Portugal, Scandinavia, UK: refund the fare paid less<br />
10%.<br />
2. Between Switzerland and Bulgaria; Refund the fare paid less 5%.<br />
3. Upgrading: The non-refundable amount may be used as credit<br />
towards payment of a Normal Intermediate or economy class fare.<br />
The non-refundable amount remains refundable; the new ticket and<br />
any subsequent reissues must be annotated 'NONREF/ SR'.<br />
B. After Departure:<br />
1. Refund the difference between the fare paid and the normal Y OW<br />
fare for the transportation used.<br />
2. Upgrading: The non-refundable amount may be used as credit<br />
towards payment of a Normal Intermediate or economy class fare<br />
recalculated from unit origin. The fare to be charged will be half of the<br />
special budget fare or the transportation used plus half the normal RT<br />
fare for the changed sector. The non-refundable amount remains<br />
refundable; the new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be<br />
annotated 'NONREF/ SR'.<br />
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING Permitted.<br />
EXCEPTIONS:<br />
1. From Italy, Luxembourg to Switzerland: Not permitted.<br />
2. From Portugal:<br />
a. Rebooking of the outbound portion of the pricing unit permitted.<br />
b. Rebooking of the inbound portion of the pricing unit:<br />
(1) Permitted once at no charge; such transaction must be made not<br />
later than the day of the flight being changed.<br />
(2) Subsequent rebooking: Permitted at the point of turnaround at a<br />
charge of PTE 5000 per transaction; such transaction must be<br />
made not later than the day of the flight being changed.<br />
3. From Switzerland:<br />
a. To Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg,<br />
Scandinavia: Not permitted.<br />
b. To Greece, Portugal: Permitted at a charge per transaction of CHF 50;<br />
such transaction must be made not later than the day of the flight<br />
being changed.<br />
4. Upgrading permitted.<br />
