4. FLIGHT APPLICATION/ ROUTINGS To/ From Horta, Ponta Delgada,
Terceira: Not applicable for routings which include travel within the Azores.
5. RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING
RESERVATIONS
A. Can be made at any time before departure.
B. Must be made for the entire pricing unit.
TICKETING AND PAYMENT
A. Must be completed within 72 hours of making reservations.
EXCEPTION: Reservations made within 72 hours before departure: Must
be completed within 24 hours of making reservations.
B. Tickets must show reservations for the entire pricing unit.
6. MINIMUM STAY The Sunday Return rule applies.
(Return travel from the last fare construction point outside the country of unit
origin must not be commenced before 0001 hours on the Sunday after the
date of arrival at the first fare construction point outside the country of unit
origin)
EXCEPTION: From Russia to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Finland,
Macedonia (FYROM): 8 days.
7. MAXIMUM STAY 3 months.
EXCEPTIONS:
1. From Algeria: One month.
2. From Austria:
a. To Armenia, Azerbaijan, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia,
Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine: 35 days.
b. To Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands,
Spain, Switzerland, One month.
3. From Bulgaria to Finland, UK: 6 months.
4. From Finland: 6 months.
5. From Scandinavia: 2 months
EXCEPTIONS.
a. To Finland: 3 months.
b. To Portugal, Spain: 6 months.
6. From Spain: 6 months (except To Tunisia: 3 months).
7. From Switzerland to Austria: One month.
8. From Tunisia: 2 months (except: To Spain: One month).
9. From UK to Bulgaria, Finland, Portugal: 6 months.
10. CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS
CONSTRUCTIONS with add-ons permitted.
COMBINATIONS
A. Combinations only permitted with domestic fares.
B. One half of a RT special fare established under one rule can be
combined only with one half of a fare covered by the same rule.
15. SALES RESTRICTIONS
ADVERTISING AND SALES No restrictions.
EXTENSION OF VALIDITY Not permitted.
16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW
A. Before Day of Departure: Refund the fare paid less 20%.
EXCEPTION: From Germany: Before departure: Refund the fare paid
less EUR 100 (Children EUR 100).
B. From Day of Departure: No refund.
EXCEPTION: From Germany: After departure: Refund the difference
between the fare paid and the applicable Normal Y OW fare for the
journey travelled.
C. Upgrading: At any time: The non-refundable amount may be used as
credit towards upgrading to a higher applicable fare recalculated from
the point of unit origin. The original non-refundable amount remains nonrefundable
and the new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be
annotated ‘NONREF/P1EX’.
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING Not permitted.
EXCEPTIONS:
1. Upgrading to a higher appilicable fare permitted.
2. From Germany:
a. Before departure: permitted at a charge of EUR 100 (children EUR
100), per transaction. Such transaction must be made no later than
the day before the day of the flight being changed.
b. After departure: inbound portion of the pricing unit permitted at a
charge of EUR 100 (children EUR 100), per transaction. Such
transaction must be made no later than the day before the day of
the flight being changed.

5. RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING
RESERVATIONS Outbound portion of the pricing unit can be made at any
time before departure. The inbound portion of the pricing unit can be made at
any time before departure on the inbound portion of the pricing unit.
8. STOPOVERS Not permitted (except: From Switzerland to Greece: One
permitted per pricing unit).
10. CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS
CONSTRUCTIONS Only permitted with normal fare add-ons in Belgium,
Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, Portugal, Spain, UK.
COMBINATIONS
A. End on and side trip combinations permitted.
B. One half of this fare may be combined with one half of a normal RT fare.
15. SALES RESTRICTIONS
EXTENSION OF VALIDITY Permitted subject to General Rules 13.2.12 and
13.2.13.
16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
A. Before Departure: Full refund.
EXCEPTIONS:
1. Between Switzerland and Austria, Italy, Luxembourg; From
Switzerland to Belgium, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary,
Netherlands, Portugal, Scandinavia, UK: refund the fare paid less
10%.
2. Between Switzerland and Bulgaria; Refund the fare paid less 5%.
3. Upgrading: The non-refundable amount may be used as credit
towards payment of a Normal Intermediate or economy class fare.
The non-refundable amount remains refundable; the new ticket and
any subsequent reissues must be annotated 'NONREF/ SR'.
B. After Departure:
1. Refund the difference between the fare paid and the normal Y OW
fare for the transportation used.
2. Upgrading: The non-refundable amount may be used as credit
towards payment of a Normal Intermediate or economy class fare
recalculated from unit origin. The fare to be charged will be half of the
special budget fare or the transportation used plus half the normal RT
fare for the changed sector. The non-refundable amount remains
refundable; the new ticket and any subsequent reissues must be
annotated 'NONREF/ SR'.
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING Permitted.
EXCEPTIONS:
1. From Italy, Luxembourg to Switzerland: Not permitted.
2. From Portugal:
a. Rebooking of the outbound portion of the pricing unit permitted.
b. Rebooking of the inbound portion of the pricing unit:
(1) Permitted once at no charge; such transaction must be made not
later than the day of the flight being changed.
(2) Subsequent rebooking: Permitted at the point of turnaround at a
charge of PTE 5000 per transaction; such transaction must be
made not later than the day of the flight being changed.
3. From Switzerland:
a. To Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg,
Scandinavia: Not permitted.
b. To Greece, Portugal: Permitted at a charge per transaction of CHF 50;
such transaction must be made not later than the day of the flight
being changed.
4. Upgrading permitted.
