B. After Departure: no refund.<br />

EXCEPTION: in case of death of the passenger/ immediate family<br />

member as evidenced by a death certificate: refund the difference<br />

between the fare paid and the applicable fare for the transportation<br />

used.<br />

C. The non-refundable amount may be used as credit towards payments on<br />

any higher applicable fare. The original non-refundable amount remains<br />
