5. RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING
RESERVATIONS
A. When used for ITs:
1. Deadline: 10 days.
2. After Deadline: Must be made at the same time as ticketing.
B. All other journeys: Can be made any time before departure.
C. Must be made for the entire pricing unit.
TICKETING AND PAYMENT
A. When used for ITs:
1. Deadline: 10 days.
2. After Deadline: Must be made at the same time as reservations.
B. All other journeys: Deadline: 72 hours after reservations have been made.
C. Tickets must show reservations for the entire pricing unit.
6. MINIMUM STAY
A. From Bulgaria/ Gibraltar/ Hungary/ Iceland/ Ireland/ Italy/ Luxembourg/
Portugal/ Romania/ Spain: First Sun.
B. When used for Group fares: No requirement.
C. All other journeys: 7 days.
D. Counting from the day after departure on the outbound Transatlantic
sector to the earliest day return travel may commence from the last
stopover point (including for this purpose the point of turnaround).
7. MAXIMUM STAY 6 months (except from Gibraltar/ Greece/ Italy/ Morocco/
Portugal/ Spain: 3 months).
8. STOPOVERS
A. From Algeria/ Hungary/ Turkey: One permitted in each direction at DZD
4000/ HUF 18000/ USD 75 each.
B. From Gibraltar/ Portugal/ Spain: One permitted in USA in each direction at
EUR 75, GIP 40 each.
C. From Iceland: One permitted in USA in each direction.
D. From Italy: One permitted in each direction in BOS/ CHI/ LAX/ MIA/ NYC/
WAS; Additional: One in continental USA at a charge of EUR 75.
E. From Luxembourg: One permitted in each direction.
F. All other journeys: Not permitted.
9. TRANSFERS in each direction:
A. From Algeria: One at the North American gateway and one in Europe.
B. From Gibraltar/Morocco/Portugal/Spain: 2 in North Maria and one in
Europe.
C. To Puerto Rico/US Virgin islands: One at the North American gateway, one
in Area 1, and one in Europe.
D. All other journeys: One at the North American gateway, one on-line in

16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
A. Before Departure:
1. More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.
2. 48 hours or less before departure:
a. Cancellation/No Show Forfeit: USD 50.
b. Full refund in cases of certified death/illness of the
passenger/immediate family member.
B. After Departure:
1. Cancellations: The refund, if any, will be the difference between the
fare paid and the fare for the journey completed less USD 50.
2. In cases of certified death of the passenger/immediate family
member, the refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare
paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed.
19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS
A. Children: Charge 75%.
B. General Rule 6.2 applies (except children pay full cancellation charges).

restrictive conditions of either fare apply to the entire pricing unit.

22. OTHER DISCOUNTS/SECONDARY FARE APPLICATIONS
FARES When used for Youth/Student fares: 75% of the specified/unspecified
through fare created by the use of add-on amounts.
ELIGIBILITY
A. When used for Youth fares: A person 12 – 24 years of age at time of
departure.
B. When used for Student fares: A person 12 – 26 years of age at time of
departure who is enrolled full-time for a school year at an educational
establishment.
DOCUMENTATION
A. When used for Youth fares: Proof of age must be presented at time of
ticketing.
B. When used for Student fares:
1. Proof of age must be presented at time of ticketing.
2. A certificate issued by an educational establishment, which must be
presented at time of ticketing. A copy must be attached to the
auditor's coupon along with a copy of the student card.
