5. RESERVATIONS AND TICKETING<br />

RESERVATIONS<br />

A. When used for ITs:<br />

1. Deadline: 10 days.<br />

2. After Deadline: Must be made at the same time as ticketing.<br />

B. All other journeys: Can be made any time before departure.<br />

C. Must be made for the entire pricing unit.<br />

TICKETING AND PAYMENT<br />

A. When used for ITs:<br />

1. Deadline: 10 days.<br />

2. After Deadline: Must be made at the same time as reservations.<br />

B. All other journeys: Deadline: 72 hours after reservations have been made.<br />

C. Tickets must show reservations for the entire pricing unit.<br />

6. MINIMUM STAY<br />

A. From Bulgaria/ Gibraltar/ Hungary/ Iceland/ Ireland/ Italy/ Luxembourg/<br />

Portugal/ Romania/ Spain: First Sun.<br />

B. When used for Group fares: No requirement.<br />

C. All other journeys: 7 days.<br />

D. Counting from the day after departure on the outbound Transatlantic<br />

sector to the earliest day return travel may commence from the last<br />

stopover point (including for this purpose the point of turnaround).<br />

7. MAXIMUM STAY 6 months (except from Gibraltar/ Greece/ Italy/ Morocco/<br />

Portugal/ Spain: 3 months).<br />

8. STOPOVERS<br />

A. From Algeria/ Hungary/ Turkey: One permitted in each direction at DZD<br />

4000/ HUF 18000/ USD 75 each.<br />

B. From Gibraltar/ Portugal/ Spain: One permitted in USA in each direction at<br />

EUR 75, GIP 40 each.<br />

C. From Iceland: One permitted in USA in each direction.<br />

D. From Italy: One permitted in each direction in BOS/ CHI/ LAX/ MIA/ NYC/<br />

WAS; Additional: One in continental USA at a charge of EUR 75.<br />

E. From Luxembourg: One permitted in each direction.<br />

F. All other journeys: Not permitted.<br />

9. TRANSFERS in each direction:<br />

A. From Algeria: One at the North American gateway and one in Europe.<br />

16. PENALTIES<br />

REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW<br />

A. Before Departure:<br />

1. More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.<br />

2. 48 hours or less before departure:<br />

a. Cancellation/No Show Forfeit: USD 50.<br />

b. Full refund in cases of certified death/illness of the<br />

passenger/immediate family member.<br />

B. After Departure:<br />

1. Cancellations: The refund, if any, will be the difference between the<br />

fare paid and the fare for the journey completed less USD 50.<br />

2. In cases of certified death of the passenger/immediate family<br />

member, the refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare<br />

paid and the applicable fare for the journey completed.<br />

19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS<br />

A. Children: Charge 75%.<br />

B. General Rule 6.2 applies (except children pay full cancellation charges).<br />

22. OTHER DISCOUNTS/SECONDARY FARE APPLICATIONS<br />

ELIGIBILITY<br />

A. When used for Youth fares: A person 12 – 24 years of age at time of<br />

departure.<br />

B. When used for Student fares: A person 12 – 26 years of age at time of<br />

departure who is enrolled full-time for a school year at an educational<br />

establishment.<br />

DOCUMENTATION<br />

A. When used for Youth fares: Proof of age must be presented at time of<br />

ticketing.<br />

B. When used for Student fares:<br />

1. Proof of age must be presented at time of ticketing.<br />

2. A certificate issued by an educational establishment, which must be<br />

presented at time of ticketing. A copy must be attached to the<br />

auditor's coupon along with a copy of the student card.<br />
