D. On a half RT basis with another North Atlantic APEX/ SAPEX (APEX/ PEX
to Ireland/ Morocco/ Portugal/ Spain/ UK). The more restrictive conditions
of either fare apply to the entire pricing unit.
E. OW fares may not be used for construction of RT/ CT/ OJ journeys.
12. SURCHARGES No requirements (except from Greece 15 Aug- 15 Sep, a
surcharge of CAD 100 applies).
16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
A. Before Departure:
1. Before Deadline: Cancellations: CAD 200.
2. After Deadline: Cancellation/ No Show Forfeit: CAD 200 (except in
cases of certified death of passenger or immediate family member).
B. After Departure: Cancellations: The refund, if any, will be the difference
between the fare paid and the fare for the transportation used less CAD
200.
C. At Any Time: The forfeit may be used as a credit towards payment of a
higher applicable normal, excursion or PEX fare. The original nonrefundable
amount remains non-refundable.
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING
A. Before Deadline: Permitted at a charge of CAD 100 for each transaction.
B. After Deadline:
1. Outbound portion of the pricing unit: Not permitted.
2. Inbound portion of the pricing unit: Permitted at a charge of CAD 200
for each transaction no later then the day before the day of the flight
being changed (except to ireland/ UK: no later than 7 days before the
day of the flight being changed).
19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS Children: Accompanied: Charge
75%; unaccompanied: Charge. 100%.

family member, refund the difference between the fare paid and the
applicable fare for the journey completed.
D. At Any Time: Forfeits may be used as credit towards the purchase of any
higher applicable normal or excursion fare. The original non-refundable
amount remains non-refundable.

B. After Departure: Permitted once for the inbound portion of the pricing unit
at a charge of GBP 100 no later than the day before the day of the flight
being changed.

FARES When the Transatlantic sector is flown in Intermediate Class and other
sectors are flown in the same or lower class, the fare will be the applicable
through intermediate fare.
12. SURCHARGES From Scandinavia: for outbound travel 10 Dec – 31 Dec:
A. OW travel: DKK400/ NOK400/ SEK400.
B. RT travel: DKK800/ NOK800/ SEK800.
