6. MINIMUM STAY First Sun counting from the day after departure on the<br />
outbound Transatlantic sector to the earliest day return travel may commence<br />
from the last stopover point (including for this purpose the point of turnaround).<br />
7. MAXIMUM STAY 6 months.<br />
8. STOPOVERS One permitted in each direction at USD 75 each.<br />
9. TRANSFERS in each direction:<br />
A. From Puerto Rico/US Virgin Islands: One at the North American gateway,<br />
one in Area 1, and one in Europe.<br />
B. All other journeys: One at the North American gateway, one on-line in<br />
North America, and one in Europe.<br />
10. CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS<br />
COMBINATIONS<br />
A. End-on and side trip combinations permitted.<br />
B. On a half RT basis with another North Atlantic APEX/PEX fare. The more<br />
restrictive conditions of either fare apply to the entire pricing unit.<br />
16. PENALTIES<br />
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW<br />
A. Before Departure:<br />
1. Before Deadline: Full refund.<br />
2. After Deadline: Cancellation/No Show Forfeit: USD 150.<br />
B. After Departure: The refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare<br />
paid and the fare for the journey completed less USD 150.<br />
C. At Any Time: Tickets may be upgraded to a higher applicable fare without<br />
forfeit. If the higher fare ticket is subsequently cancelled, the original forfeit<br />
will apply.<br />
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING<br />
A. Before Departure:<br />
1. Before Deadline: Permitted.<br />
2. After Deadline:<br />
a. Outbound portion of the pricing unit: Not permitted.<br />
b. Inbound portion of the pricing unit: Permitted no later than the day<br />
before the day of the flight being changed at a charge of USD<br />
150 for each transaction.<br />
B. After Departure: Permitted inbound no later than the day before the day of<br />
the flight being changed at a charge of USD 150 for each transaction.<br />
19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS<br />
A. Children: Charge 75%.<br />
