at the same time as payment.
B. Must show confirmed reservations for the entire pricing unit.
6. MINIMUM STAY 7 days counting from the day of arrival in the South Atlantic
area to the earliest day return transportation may commence from the last
stopover point.
7. MAXIMUM STAY 3 months.
8. STOPOVERS One permitted in Argentina/ Brazil/ ChIle/ Paraguay/ Uruguay
per pricing unit at a charge of GBP 75.
9. TRANSFERS 2 permitted in each direction.
10. CONSTRUCTIONS AND COMBINATIONS
COMBINATIONS On a half RT basis with a special excursion (APEX/ PEX)
fare; the entire pricing unit is subject to the conditions of the fare having the
more restrictive conditions.
12. SURCHARGES A carnival surcharge of GBP 50 applies in each direction.

16. PENALTIES
REFUND FOR CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW
A. Before Departure: Cancellation/ No Show Forfeit: GBP 100.
B. After Departure: Cancellations: No refund.
C. At Any Time: Forfeits may be used as credit towards the purchase of any
higher applicable fare. If the higher fare is subsequently cancelled, the
original forfeit will apply.
VOLUNTARY REBOOKING AND REROUTING
A. Outbound portion of the pricing unit: Permitted at a charge of GBP 100
per transaction. Such transaction must be made no later than the day
before the day of the flight being changed.
B. Inbound portion of the pricing unit: Permitted at a charge of GBP 100 per
transaction. Such transaction must be made not later than 7 days before
the day of the flight being changed.
19. CHILDREN AND INFANT DISCOUNTS
A. Children: Accompanied: Charge 67%: Unaccompanied: Not permitted;
Infant: Charge 10%.
