C. At Any Time: Full Refund in case of death of passenger or immediate<br />

18. VOLUNTARY REROUTING Not permitted, except as provided for in<br />

20. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS<br />

A. Before Departure: Cancellation/No Show Forfeit: GBP 250 (except waived<br />

in case of death of passenger or immediate family member).<br />

B. After Departure: Refund the difference between the fare paid and the<br />

journey travelled minus the Forfeit.<br />

C. At Any Time: Forfeit may be used as credit towards the purchase of any<br />

higher applicable fare.<br />
