Policy Implication<br />
Building suitable new homes <strong>an</strong>d supporting the adaptation <strong>of</strong> the existing<br />
housing stock will be critical as the population ages. It is also import<strong>an</strong>t<br />
that older people c<strong>an</strong> move to a more appropriately-sized home with ease.<br />
