Malaysia Airports partners with taxi<br />
companies to promote KLIA Premier Access<br />
Malaysia Airports recently announced a partnership between taxi operators<br />
Mesra Indah Jaya (MIJ) and Airport Limo Malaysia (Airport Limo) to promote its<br />
personalised and end-to-end airport service, KLIA Premier Access to passengers.<br />
Sama-Sama Hotel KLIA who manages the KLIA Premier Access for Malaysia<br />
Airports made the announcement on February 15.<br />
KLIA Premier Access offers an exclusive fast-track airport experience for<br />
passengers complete with dedicated priority access, lounge facility and<br />
concierge services such as buggy service and escort service. Travellers will<br />
sail through their airport journey when passing through KLIA especially when<br />
greeted by friendly trained staff who will help them go through the various<br />
airport processes. This service is available to both arriving<br />
and departing passengers for a fee.<br />

Omar said, "KLIA Premier Access is part of Malaysia Airports’<br />
initiatives to provide unique customer experiences in line<br />
with its mission to provide joyful experience to passengers.<br />
The collaboration with MIJ and Airport Limo aims to enhance<br />
public awareness on KLIA Premier Access services. In tandem<br />
with the announcement, city taxi and airport limousine drivers<br />
were given a briefing to enhance their understanding on<br />
the services offered by KLIA Premier Access. Informative<br />
booklets will also be made available in their respective taxis<br />
and airport limousines for passengers’ easy reference."<br />
The booklet explains the two types of<br />
services available, the Standard and<br />
Premium services. The Standard Rate<br />
service includes lounge facility, refreshment<br />
and dedicated priority access, while the<br />
Premium Rate service consists of meet and<br />
greet at the KLIA kerbside or boarding<br />
gates, refreshment, escort service and<br />
dedicated priority access.<br />
The Standard Rate starts from RM68 nett<br />
per person, RM136 nett for two persons and<br />
RM206 nett for a family of two adults and<br />
two children below 12 years old. Whilst the<br />
Premium Rate is priced at RM188 nett per<br />
person, RM300 nett for two persons and<br />
RM390 nett for a family of two adults and<br />
two children below 12 years old.<br />
