do. Eat! Here are 'Must Eats' for the months of March and April<br />

Tuna lovers are in for a treat at Fukuya as the month of March<br />
celebrates the Tri-Colour Twist Maki Roll while the month of April<br />
will have you sinking into some rectangle-shaped red tuna sushi<br />
known as Tuna Battera. The Tri-Colour Twist rolls have white tuna,<br />
red tuna, salmon, cucumber and avocado.<br />
Meanwhile, we also recommend the Ebi Katsudon for the month<br />
of March. The dish, which is breaded tiger prawns with poached<br />
vegetables and egg served on a bed of rice comes complete with<br />
pickles and a bowl of miso soup. But if prawns aren't your seafood<br />
of choice, the month of April will be serving some amazing Salmon<br />
Head and Beancurd Claypot. The dish consists of grilled salmon<br />
and bean curd served in a miso broth that comes with a bowl of<br />
rice and fruit of the day.<br />
