Jun-15 Under Target Research and development of a well-documented system and process to support the implementation of the Verge Bond Strategy has taken longer than expected. Further delays have been experienced to align the proposed system with the Building Permit system. A trial without charging fees planned for August 2015, processes being reviewed, possible implementation by September 2015.
