CURRY PUFF – SINGAPORE<br />
Singapore là ví dụ hoàn hảo cho việc đồ ăn đường phố được phục vụ một<br />
cách có tổ chức, lành mạnh và hợp vệ sinh. Hawker center (nơi các hàng<br />
bán đồ ăn đường phố tập trung lại) chính là trung tâm cuộc sống của<br />
thành phố.<br />
Tại đảo quốc Sư tử, các gia đình hiếm khi nấu ăn tại nhà và thường ăn ở các<br />
hawker center cộng đồng trong khu vực. Đồ ăn được phục vụ tươi ngon và<br />
phong phú. Singapore là nơi giao thoa văn hóa và những món ăn ở hawker<br />

CURRY PUFF IN SINGAPORE<br />
Singapore is the perfect example of how street food can be organized,<br />
healthy and hygienic. Hawker centres are central to life in the city<br />
and families rarely cook at home, usually eating all their meals in the<br />
community hawker centre in their area. The food served is fresh and<br />
variety plenty. Singapore is a melting pot of cultures and its hawker<br />
centre dishes are proof. You are spoilt for choice between cheung fun,<br />
chicken rice, laksa, carrot cake and kway teow. But a quick snack to pick<br />
up as you walk along is the popular curry puff. A crispy and flaky dough<br />
ball encasing a potato (and sometimes chicken) curry, the curry puff is<br />
