C<strong>on</strong>flict can also occur within the audit team. There can be differences of opini<strong>on</strong> about the interpretati<strong>on</strong> of a<br />
requirement and the severity of the finding. How c<strong>on</strong>flict affects the team depends <strong>on</strong> how members resp<strong>on</strong>d to it.<br />
In assessing their resp<strong>on</strong>se to c<strong>on</strong>flict, auditors should ask themselves two questi<strong>on</strong>s.:<br />
