To be effective, the auditor must have the traits listed in Table 10.5. The emphasis <strong>on</strong> desirable pers<strong>on</strong>al traits<br />
may vary by type of audit.<br />
For example:<br />
• Versatility may be more important in sec<strong>on</strong>d- and third- party audits than in first- party audits. (?)<br />
