Checklist Questions.
Checklist questions may be written as yes/no questions in order to facilitate note taking and link questions to
requirements. Questions are constructed by converting a statement in a procedure, a standard, a work
instruction, and so on, to a question. For example, a document may state, “Process settings must be recorded
on the work order.”
An auditor will construct checklist questions from this document, such as:
• “Are process settings recorded on the work order?”
