“Hurry up,” said Papa, barely awake. “We<br />

are <strong>on</strong>ly here an hour and <strong>the</strong>n we take <strong>the</strong> train<br />

<strong>on</strong> into Beijing.”<br />

“An hour?” said Christina.<br />

“Just an hour?” asked C<strong>on</strong>g, with a groan.<br />

“Only an hour, sir?” Li asked.<br />

“One measly hour,” Grant said with<br />

a groan.<br />

But Papa just ignored <strong>the</strong>m as he yawned<br />
