Express<br />
Leaving <strong>the</strong> Forbidden City, Papa herded<br />
<strong>the</strong>m into <strong>the</strong> first restaurant he saw, called <strong>the</strong><br />
H<strong>on</strong>g K<strong>on</strong>g Express.<br />
Every<strong>on</strong>e was happy to sit down in <strong>the</strong><br />
cool air-c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>ing and rest. <str<strong>on</strong>g>The</str<strong>on</strong>g> kids realized<br />
that <strong>the</strong>y were, indeed, very hungry.<br />
Instead <strong>of</strong> some old, formal Chinese style,<br />
this restaurant was funky and upbeat with lots <strong>of</strong><br />
black lea<strong>the</strong>r, shiny silver chrome, and colorful<br />
ne<strong>on</strong> lights.<br />
“<str<strong>on</strong>g>The</str<strong>on</strong>g> menu’s just about as big as I am,”<br />
said Grant.<br />
“Maybe it’s <strong>the</strong> kids menu?” Papa teased,<br />
“if it’s as big as a kid?”
