INGREDIENTS

1 (8-ounce) can of tomato sauce

1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste

1 (28-ounce) can crushed tomatoes

2 teaspoon sweet basil

1 1/2 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 1/2 teaspoons onion salt

3 cloves garlic, minced (1 cloves = 1/2

teaspoon pre-minced garlic)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for

10-15 minutes

jamaican me crazy jerk sauce

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup ground allspice

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

2 bunches scallions, trimmed/chopped

6–8 cloves garlic

4–6 Scotch bonnet or Habanero peppers,

seeded and cored (more seeds = heat)

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS

Pulse ingredients in a food processor until blended. Use to baste meat before cooking.
