BLACK BEAN HUMMUS

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, for garnish

2 tablespoons tahini

2 tablespoons water

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

3/4 teaspoon cumin

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 (15-ounce) can no salt black beans, rinsed

1 clove minced garlic

1/2 small jalapeno, seeded and finely

chopped (optional)

DIRECTIONS

For best results, use fresh ingredients. Pulse in a food processor until smooth and

completely mixed. Serve with pita points or tortilla chips. Garnish with cilantro.

Buffalo chicken dip

INGREDIENTS

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese,

softened

1/2 cup Frank's RedHot® Sauce

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into shallow 1-quart

baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes or until mixture is heated through; stir. Sprinkle with

green onions, if desired, and serve with chips, crackers and/or cut up veggies.
