■ Overview<br />
Remote diagnostics integrated into NCU <strong>software</strong><br />
RCS Host and RCS Viewer Embedded <strong>software</strong> facilitate remote<br />
maintenance of your machines with <strong>HMI</strong>-Embedded. Remote<br />
maintenance functions include complete remote control, exchange<br />
of files between the machine and communications partner<br />
as well as remote administration <strong>for</strong> network administrators.<br />
The RCS Host option can be activated using machine data in<br />
combination with a license.<br />
The RCS Viewer Embedded <strong>software</strong> is installed from CD-ROM<br />
onto a Windows-based PC in the service center.<br />
