Data backup on CD-R with PC/PG<br />
The data are always saved on the programming device or PC<br />
and from there to the CD writer. The transmission between control<br />
and PG/PC is per<strong>for</strong>med by the "Ghost" transmission<br />
<strong>software</strong>.<br />
This <strong>software</strong> is no longer required <strong>for</strong> data backup via the network<br />
with SINUMERIK PCU 50/PCU 70.<br />

• High-quality CD-R (CD-R must have the ISO <strong>for</strong>mat/ Joliet<br />

This program package supports simple and effective startup of<br />
SINUMERIK 810D powerline/840Di/840D powerline/840D sl<br />
<strong>controls</strong> on <strong>CNC</strong> machines.<br />
The included programs provide comprehensive support during<br />
the startup of machines, including the use of the Trace functionality,<br />
during the Safety Integrated acceptance test, in generating<br />
PC-card images, in the management of serial startup data, and<br />
<strong>for</strong> the transmission of <strong>CNC</strong> user data.<br />
The programs are designed mainly <strong>for</strong> use by the startup and<br />
service personnel of original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).<br />

The SinuCom NC program enables SINUMERIK 810D powerline/840Di/840D<br />
powerline/840D sl <strong>controls</strong> to be started up<br />

• Dialog-based parameterization of machine data<br />

• Integrated online help <strong>for</strong> functions, machine data and alarms<br />
• Functional description in German and English as PDF (part of<br />
the online Help)<br />
