The vibrations caused by unbalance on rotating systems will be actively eliminated during rotation within a fraction of a second. Two unbalanced disks are permanently fixed onto the tooling spindle via thin ring bearings. A fast, intelligent controller determines the unbalance in the spindle using sensors, computers and controls the two disks into the optimum position to compensate for the unbalance. Both disks are quickly shifted electromagnetically by the stators into the estimated positions. With cncCUT, NC programs can be created directly on the CNC control quickly and easily without the need for specialist knowledge. The geometry is based on various graphical formats, including DXF. Different geometrical shapes can also be created directly at the machine using ready-made macros based on dimension parameters. The system automatically creates the cutting paths, complete with first cuts, but they can be modified manually. ■ Overview TwinCAM 32 CNC program generator TwinCAM 32 is a CNC program generator for woodworking. The generator, whose flexible design makes it easy to adapt to machines from different manufacturers, draws on many years of experience in creating programs for CNC woodworking machines. TwinCAM 32 is based on a parameterized description of workpiece and machining. With the graphical user interface, you can create complex, executable CNC programs for your machines in seconds. In addition to creating elements by entering coordinates referring to one of the nine "magic points", TwinCAM 32 also enables you to use freely definable variables and formulae in the input fields. Thus, the system achieves enormous flexibility. General CAD functionalities for free design are also available, together with DXF import. The graphic real-time simulation of the created CNC program, which can be used for traversing path visualization during machining, is another highlight. Manual changes to the CNC code can also be displayed graphically and simulated.
