As a corporate account management sales professional, you will build <strong>and</strong> maintain positive<br />
relationships with high-value clients by responding to their needs <strong>and</strong> resolving their issues. This<br />
requires business-to-business (B2B), business-to-consumer (B2C), <strong>and</strong> institutional marketplace<br />
knowledge as well as a sales, marketing, <strong>and</strong> customer service foundation — all of which this program<br />
covers. Interactive courses also teach you to put the customer first with a leadership mindset that<br />
adapts to diverse customer needs. Your skill set will include: competitive <strong>and</strong> marketplace analyses<br />
abilities, analytics <strong>and</strong> customer relationship management tools knowledge, professional selling<br />
techniques through digital content <strong>and</strong> omnichannel marketing, <strong>and</strong> negotiations know-how.<br />
