Names such as Caillou and Arthur are synonymous with keeping kids entertained. They are also
two examples of the nation’s powerhouse status as a producer of children’s media — for which
our first-of-its-kind in Canada program prepares you. Hone your storytelling abilities, business
skills, professional software abilities, and production management practices across a variety of
media (television, interactive digital media, books, and games). Courses also cover major industry
components such as production, budgeting, financing, marketing, publishing, and business
management. Pitching to broadcasters and producers, attending industry events, and participating
in a field placement complement your training. You graduate ready to lead in creating, managing, and
marketing numerous media products.
Note: To support your learning, this program requires you to have access to a mobile computing device that meets minimum
