Outputs<br />

A comprehensive paper <strong>of</strong> not more than 30 pages with a succ<strong>in</strong>ct Executive Summary that highlights<br />

key f<strong>in</strong>d<strong>in</strong>gs and recommendations. An editor will develop a separate synthesis paper <strong>of</strong><br />

approximately 10 pages.<br />

Timeframe<br />

In order to contribute to the PRS Review Process, the f<strong>in</strong>al draft <strong>of</strong> the study must be completed no<br />

later than 30 April, 2004. The workplan, above, should reflect this end-date and <strong>in</strong>termediary<br />

deadl<strong>in</strong>es.<br />

Management<br />

RAWG will review the <strong>in</strong>ception report, first draft and f<strong>in</strong>al drafts <strong>of</strong> the paper, and will be responsible<br />

for identify<strong>in</strong>g a writer for the synthesis report<br />
