Assessment Literacy<br />

This sessi<strong>on</strong> describes a study investigating the efficacy<br />

<strong>of</strong> a hybrid <strong>on</strong>line and face-to-face course for language<br />

instructors to learn the fundamental principles <strong>of</strong> classroom<br />

assessment Researchers analyzed participant<br />

assignments and pre- and post-course surveys, and<br />

course instructor observati<strong>on</strong>s to evaluate strategies<br />

worked in the course to increase assessment literacy<br />
