Participants are able to earn Pr<strong>of</strong>essi<strong>on</strong>al Development Units (PDUs)/C<strong>on</strong>tinuing Educati<strong>on</strong> Units (CEUs) while<br />
attending pre- and post-c<strong>on</strong>venti<strong>on</strong> workshops and c<strong>on</strong>venti<strong>on</strong> sessi<strong>on</strong>s at ACTFL 2012 Since state and local<br />
requirements vary for CEU credit, c<strong>on</strong>venti<strong>on</strong> participants need to check with their state or district for their exact<br />
requirements and filing procedures ACTFL has been approved by the Pennsylvania Department <strong>of</strong> Educati<strong>on</strong> Divisi<strong>on</strong><br />
<strong>of</strong> Higher Educati<strong>on</strong> as an Approved Pr<strong>of</strong>essi<strong>on</strong>al Educati<strong>on</strong> Provider under the Act 48 C<strong>on</strong>tinuing Pr<strong>of</strong>essi<strong>on</strong>al<br />

C<strong>on</strong>venti<strong>on</strong> participants may print CEU forms to use in the ACTFL Registrati<strong>on</strong> area in the Broad Street Atrium<br />
A separate form must be completed for EACH DAY for workshops/sessi<strong>on</strong>s that you attend For later submissi<strong>on</strong>,<br />
list all informati<strong>on</strong> requested, sign the form and attach your c<strong>on</strong>venti<strong>on</strong> badge or receipt to the form(s) as pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong><br />

PLEASE NOTE: ACTFL cannot guarantee that teachers will receive c<strong>on</strong>tinuing educati<strong>on</strong> credits for participati<strong>on</strong> in the<br />
c<strong>on</strong>venti<strong>on</strong>. It is the teacher’s resp<strong>on</strong>sibility to comply with state, district, and local guidelines for obtaining such credits.<br />
