MISSION :<br />
• Agir en tant que référent technique sur les problématiques<br />
de développement grâce à votre expertise poussée des<br />
technologies JAVA J2EE.<br />
• Produire l’ensemble de la documentation technique<br />
et des «best practices».<br />
• Vous intervenez sur des problématiques complexes en<br />
termes d’infrastructure, gestion de projet et de management.<br />
PROFIL :<br />
• Diplôme universitaire technique<br />
de type Ecole d’Ingénieur (bac +5).<br />
• Excellente connaissance des technologies JAVA J2EE<br />
(minimum 3 ans d’expérience en tant que développeur).<br />
• Rompu au développement logiciel, vous possédez<br />
une première expérience de management d’équipe<br />
de développeurs.<br />
• Véritable référent technique, vous possédez de fortes<br />
compétences de gestion de projet (établissement des<br />
plannings, mise en adéquation des besoins et des<br />
ressources, coordination technique).<br />
• Force de propositions, vous possédez un grand sens<br />
des responsabilités.<br />
• Vous parlez parfaitement le français et l’anglais.<br />

MISSION :<br />
• Improving <strong>the</strong> governance <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> Luxembourgish entity and<br />
competently and au<strong>to</strong>nomously handling all <strong>the</strong> secretarial<br />
and administrative tasks involved in <strong>the</strong> daily management<br />
of <strong>the</strong> office;<br />
• Assisting <strong>the</strong> Board of Direc<strong>to</strong>rs and <strong>the</strong> shareholders<br />
in <strong>the</strong> daily activity of <strong>the</strong> company;<br />
• Preparing and following Board meetings, producing<br />
documents such as <strong>the</strong> minutes;<br />
• Reading and summarizing Investment Funds reports;<br />
• Managing relationships with counterparties such as<br />
fiduciaries, audit firms and Law firms, producing reports<br />
on <strong>the</strong>ir activities;<br />
• Dealing with authorities and governmental institutions,<br />
as well as with suppliers;<br />
• Dealing with incoming calls and correspondence<br />
as well as necessary outgoing calls, mail, faxes, DHL.<br />
PROFILE :<br />
• Relevant degree/diploma (minimum Bac +2);<br />
• Former experience in Secretarial and Administrative duties,<br />
ideally at Board of Direc<strong>to</strong>rs level. Legal and Accounting<br />
experience will be considered a strong advantage;<br />
• Good command of MS Office <strong>to</strong>ols, namely Excel;<br />
• Very good level of oral and written English and French;<br />
• Au<strong>to</strong>nomous person and independent problem solver,<br />
able <strong>to</strong> work with a minimum of supervision;<br />
• Strong presentation and communication skills;<br />
• Excellent organization and time-management skills;<br />
• Willingness <strong>to</strong> work alone in <strong>the</strong> Luxembourgish<br />
office with support from outside of Luxembourg.
