Fondata nell’immediato dopoguerra da Adriano Minotti, la particolarità delle sue
cucine stà nel design estremo dove le linee sono razionali allo stato puro e semplici
i materiali e le tecniche impiegati. Le cucine aspirano all’eternità: vengono
dal passato e sono proiettate al futuro, un prodotto che dura nel tempo, oltre
le mode. Ogni ornamento destinato ad invecchiare, è stato tolto; così facendo,
l’ambiente cucina è interpretato come uno sfondo neutro, rispetto al quale l’uomo
è il vero ed unico protagonista.
Founded soon after the post-war period by Adriano Minotti, the particular feature
of its kitchens is the extreme design, where the lines are purely rational while the
materials and the techniques used are simple. The kitchens aspire to eternity:
they come from the past and are projected towards the future, a product that
lasts over time, over the trends. Every ornament that may go out of style is taken
away; in so doing the kitchen environment is interpreted as a neutral scene, so
that in comparison, man is the real and unique protagonist.
Nata nel 1994, Mizar ricerca, progetta, produce e commercializza apparecchi
illuminotecnici e sistemi modulari che si distinguono per le elevate prestazioni
tecniche e per la capacità di abbinare la qualità e la funzionalità del prodotto alla
piacevolezza ed ergonomicità di un design innovativo. Le soluzioni illuminotecniche
sono progettate per spazi commerciali, musei, uffici, oltre che per aree di
ritrovo collettive e residenziali.
Created in 1994, Mizar researches, designs, produces and commercialises lighting
devices and modular systems, which distinguish themselves by their high
technical performance and ability to combine product quality and functionality
with the pleasantness and ergonomics of an innovative design. The lighting
solutions are designed for commercial spaces, museums, offices in addition to
collective and residential meeting places.
L’azienda nasce nel 1983, seguendo la linea tracciata dalla secolare tradizione
vetraria muranese nella produzione di apparecchi di illuminazione. Tecniche
moderne ed idee nuove portano l’azienda verso l’obiettivo della qualità totale,
ed è tra le prime aziende del settore decorativo ad ottenere la certificazione ISO
9001, nel 1997. Successi commerciali e d’immagine si sommano, e nel 2001 la
lampada RX di Ceschia e Mentil consegue l’ADI Design Index.
The company was created in 1983, following the line traced by the age-long
glass-making tradition of Murano in lighting set production. Modern techniques
and new ideas lead the company to the aim of total quality and it is among the
first companies in the decorative sector to obtain the ISO 9001 certification in
1997. Commercial and image successes have been accumulated and in 2001 the
lamp RX by Ceschia and Mentil won the l’ADI Design Index.
Azienda storica di Murano, leader nel settore della tavola dagli anni ‘50, ha apparecchiato
le tavole delle casate più prestigiose e quelle di tutti i giorni: il gusto per
la raffinatezza e il continuo aggiornamento della sua proposta ne hanno fatto una
delle aziende tra le più importanti e ricercate. Nel 1954 è stata insignita del “Compasso
d’oro” ed alcune delle sue collezioni sono raccolte nei più importanti musei
del mondo dal Moma al Corning, decretandone successo e fama a dispetto della
semplicità che contraddistingue questo marchio familiare da ormai ottanta anni.
A historic enterprise from Murano, it has been one of the leading companies
in producing tableware since the early fifties. It has set tables of both the
most prestigious houses and the everyday ones: its taste for refinement and
constant updating of its proposals have made it one of the most important and
sought-after companies. In 1954 Nasonmoretti won the “Compasso d’Oro”, an
important Italian design award. Some of its collections are exhibited in the most
famous museums of the world such as MOMA and the Corning Museum. The
company became famous and successful in spite of the simplicity that has been
distinguishing this family brand for 80 years.
