Conditiile tehnice de receptie admit pentru produsul format din fructe fara<br />

◦ corpuri straine organice si minerale - maximum 0,5 % pentru fiecare;<br />

◦ pierdere prin uscare – maximum 14%.<br />

Pastrare: Scorusele negre se pot pastra in ladite, la 0 - 5 0 C, pana la 3 luni.<br />
