I think it is right to invest in personnel, especially in young staff –
promotion of young staff is more beneficial for the entity since young
people have new modern visions .
Significant role of the Court of Accounts in the work of a young
employee is perceived from the moment of recruitment and selection,
when potential employees get their first impressions of the entity
they will work for . After employment importance of the CoA increases
as during integration of the new employees, as in the course his
training and motivation .
In the process of employees integration, by fulfilling some tasks,
importance of the CoA is proven by provision of support needed to
familiarize with the new working conditions, simplify adaption of the
new employee to the working group, so it created an atmosphere of
safety, confidentiality and affiliation .
Staff motivation refers both to communication, teamwork, fostering
common goals, as well as to mutual understanding and mutual
assistance in achieving objectives . It is about creating job where we
do like to go, because it will give us a sense, support, mentoring and
development opportunities .
In the training process, which includes: deepening and updating
the knowledge, development of capacities and modelling of skills required
for efficient delivery of audit activities, the Court of Accounts
focuses on the permanence and continuity in training to be aware of
legal provisions in force and latest international standards; continuous
concerns about improvement and development of staff under
permanently changing society, when the role of auditors becomes
more complex .
