During 22–26 September 2010, president of
Trade Union Committee attended the training
for Union leaders with the following subject
„Roots of international labour law . Regulation
on evaluating public servants professional
performances”, which took place in Bulgaria .
During 27 September 2010 – 1 October 2010,
Mr . James Bonnell, employee of IBTCI, organized
a seminar at the Court of Accounts on
performance audit where he addressed the
following subjects: concept of performance
audit, standards on performance audit, planning,
execution and reporting performance
audit . 34 employees of the Court of Accounts
attended that seminar .
During 28 – 29 September 2010, the mission
for the “Quality Management” continued, and
the topics discussed were the following: “Results
of audit quality cold reviews” and “Organizing
and planning audits” .
During 9 September – 22 October 2010, there
was a training organized within the Court of
Accounts for users of Windows 7 (Microsoft
Office 2007), which was attended by 111 employees
of the Court of Accounts .
During 3–7 October 2010, an employee of
the Court of Accounts, attended the seminar
on „Public debts”, organized in Tanager, Morocco
.
During 3 – 8 October 2010, 2 employees of
the Court of Accounts attended the Meeting
of VIII annual Working Group of EUROSAI on
environmental audit, which took place in Texel,
Holland .
During 10 – 14 October 2010, 7 employees of
the Court of Accounts attended the training
on performance audit, organized in Galati,
Romania, and 3 employees attended the course
on „Evaluation of Control and Public Internal
Audit Systems”, in Iasi, Romania .
During 11 – 15 October 2010, 3 employees of
the Court of Accounts attended the training
on budget classification and budget elaboration
which took place in the Academy for
Public Administration under President of the
Republic of Moldova .
During 18 October – 12 November 2010, 2
employees of the Court of Accounts attended
the International Training Program „Audit of
IT environment”, which took place in Delhi,
India .
During 19 – 21 October 2010, as part of SNAO
mission there was an workshop organized at
the Court of Accounts on ,,Time recording and
modern management”, where participants
discussed ,,Competences and management”,
including the following subjects: leadership,
management planning, capacities development,
management system, etc . 16 employees
of the Court of Accounts attended the
workshop .
On 21 October 2010, an employee of the Human
Resources Service attended a seminar
on “Human Resources Management: role of
HRS in managing employees of public administration”
(III session), which took place at
the Academy of Public Administration under
Presidents of the Republic of Moldova .
During 26 – 28 October 2010, Head of Public
Relations Service attended a seminar on
„Ethics and communication in public service”,
which took place at the Academy of Public
Administration under Presidents of the Republic
of Moldova .
On 27 October 2010, Head of Internal Audit
Service audit intern, attended as trainer, the
profession building course on „Ethics and
communication in public service”, which took
place at the Academy of Public Administration
under Presidents of the Republic of Moldova
.
During 28 – 29 October 2010, 7 employees
of the Court of Accounts attended the workshop
on „Disbursement and Financial Management”,
which was organized in the Office
of World Bank in Moldova .
La 29 October 2010, Head of Internal Audit
Service audit intern, attended a seminar on
„Performing an internal audit mission”, which
took place at the Academy of Public Administration
under Presidents of the Republic of
Moldova .
During 4 October – 26 November 2010, 36
employees of the Court of Accounts participated
in the seminar on „Budget classification
and new chart of accounts”, which took place
at the Academy of Public Administration under
Presidents of the Republic of Moldova .
