During II semester of 2010, employees of the Court of Accounts
attended training and seminars, workshops, conferences and round
tables organized internally and externally, namely:
During 2 – 3 July 2010, 2 employees of the Court of Accounts
attended the workshop on „Control methodology applied by
social security bodies in France”, organized by the Ministry of
Labour, Social Protection and Family .
During 7 August – 5 September 2010, 2 employees of the Court
of Accounts participated in international training program
„Audit of public sector enterprises”, organized by Supreme Audit
Institution of India in International Centre for Informational
Systems and Audit, in Delhi .
During 7 September – 10 September 2010, 2 members of the
Court of Accounts paid a study visit to SAI of Slovenia .
During 13 September – 8 October 2010, an employee of the Court
of Accounts participated in international training program
„Audit of public sector enterprises”, organized by Supreme Audit
Institution of India in International Centre for Informational
Systems and Audit, in Delhi .
During 13 – 14 September 2010, Head of Internal Security Service
of the Court of Accounts attended the workshop on „Evaluation
of National Anti-corruption Strategy and Action Plans”,
which took place at the National Institute of Justice .
During 13 – 16 September 2010, there was organized a workshop
within the Court of Accounts as part of „Quality Management”
sub-project, attended by 14 employees of the Court of
Accounts . The main issue addressed during this workshop was
assurance of a good quality during audit activities . Also, there
were discussed the following subjects: audit process, quality
improvement during audit work, understanding provisions of
standards: ISQC 1 and ISSAI 1220, adjustment of audit activities
to international requirements on audit quality and engagement
partners .
During 19 – 25 September 2010, vice-president of the Court of
Accounts and 5 employees of the Court of Accounts paid a study
visit to SAI of Macedonia .
During 23 – 24 September 2010, Head of Internal Audit Service
attended a training session on „ Public Internal Financial Control”,
organized by the Ministry of Finance of RM in cooperation
with the Ministry of Finance of the Netherlands .
