Fu, David A., M.D. Stone: Sports Injuries: Mechanisms, Prevention,Treatment(Hardcover - August 15, 2001)Cilji in kompetence:Pridobiti specializirana znanja na področjudiagnostike in zdravljenja športnih poškodb,tako na teoretičnem kot tudi praktičnempodročju, ob tem pa bodo študenti pridobilitudi specializirana znanja na področjufiziologije športa ter smernic športneprehrane.Predvideni študijski rezultati:Objectives and competences:Mastering specialized knowledge in the area ofdiagnostics and treatment of sport injuriestheoretically and practically, and with thisstudents will also master specailizedknowledge in the area of sport physiology andguidelines in sport nutrition.Intended learning outcomes:Znanje in razumevanje:Študent bo pri predmetu poleg teoretičnihosnov fiziologije in patofiziologije športapridobil naslednja znanja in razumevanje:1. teoretično in praktično znanje na področjudiagnostike in zdravljenja športnih poškodb2. razumevanje fiziololoških procesov napodročju kardiovaskularnega sistemašportnika3.o biomehanskih obremenitvah pri različnihšportih v ramenih, hrbtenici, kolkih, kolenihin gležnjih.4. o najpogostejših poškodbah, ki nastajajopri različnih športih, brahiovertebralnimisindromi, peritendinitičnimi spremembami vramenih in komolcih, karpalnih tunelih vzapestju, vertebrogenimi in vertebralnimisindromi hrbtenice, degenerativnimi procesikolena in gležnja, zvini in nategi v velikihsklepih.5. o osnovnih principih pristopa h poškodbi,imobilizacijah, nujnih ukrepih, lokalniterapiji, fizikalni terapiji in rehabilitacijskihpostopkih pri športnih poškodbah.V praktičnem delu bo pridobil naslednjaznanja in razumevanje:1.Praktični prikaz izvedbe kliničnegapregleda lokomotornega sistema pri športniku2. vpliv športne vadbe na zdravje in dobropočutje3. odziv organizma na napor in prilagoditvena različne oblike vadbe4. dejavniki tveganja pri telesni vadbiKnowledge and understanding:In addition to basic theroretical knowledgeabout the physiology and pathophysiology ofsport, students shall master the followingknowledge and understanding:1. theoretical and practical knowledge in thearea of diagnostics and treatment of sportinjuries2. understanding of the physiological processesin the area of the cardiovascular system ofathletes3. biomechanical load in different sportdisciplines (shoulder, spine, hips and ankles)4. most common trauma in performingdifferent sport activities.3. basic principles of assessing trauma,immobilization, local therapy, physical therapyand rehabilitation.4. preventive care to prevent sport trauma(orthopedic tools, footwear, warm-up)In the practical part student shall master thefollwing knowledge and understanding:1. Practical demonstration of a clinicalexamination of the locomotor system ofathletes2.influence of sports exercise on the healthand wellbeing3. reaction of the organism to stress andadjustment to various forms of exercise4. risk factors in sport activity5. suitable diet for various forms of sportsactivities, hydration and usage ofmicronutrients215
