Cilji:Sociologija medicineCilji in vsebina predmeta, ki zajemajoteoretsko konceptualizacijo sociološkegarazumevanja medicine, zdravja in bolezni,profesije zdravnika, značilnosti bolnika insocialnega okolja, v katerem živi indela,razumevanje pomena kakovosti zdravjain družbene determiniranosti zdravja inbolezni, neenakosti v kvaliteti zdravja inzdravstvenih storitev, temeljnih sociološkihznačilnosti vrednotenja zdravja in skrbi zanj,v svoji zastavitvi zahtevajo kombinacijosociološke sistematike in problemskegapristopa ter prilagajanje splošnih inspecifičnih socioloških tematskih sklopovmedicinskih in drugih disciplin (sociološke inmedicinske ter »izobraževalne »imaginacije)tako, da:- študent doume vlogo in dinamiko družbenihin socio-kulturnih sprememb in njih posledicenavzpostavljanje institucij družbenega;razmerje med državo, družbo, medicino,zdravnikom, družino, skupino inposameznikom; nastanek in razvoj znanja tertako omogoča pridobivanje informacij inznanja, ki sega od občih sociološkihkategorij(npr. družba in socialnost, institucijevdružbljanja, vrste in načini socializacijskihprocesov, kultura in akulturacija terintegracija idr.) do posebnih sociološkihdisciplin (sociologija družine, sociologija dela,sociologija profesije, sociologija otroka,ekonomika medicine idr.), kar omogočapridobivanje reflektiranega razmerjaposameznika do socialnega in do svojegalastnega mesta v njem;- študent doume pomen družbene pogojenostiposameznikove izgradnje lastne identitete innjeno vpetost v deskriptivno in normativnokomponento sodobnega razumevanja zdravjain bolezni v postmoderni družbi, ko so takozdravnik, bolnik,družina, starši in drugi,katerih sodelovanje temelji na afektivnihodnosih, v sicer različnih organizacijskih (indrugih) oblikah v procesih socializacije in vprenašanju kulturnega in socialnega kapitalaskozi različne procese interakcij,nenadomestljivi za zdrave in bolne,zdravnika, medicinsko osebje, zdravstveniteam in delovanje institucij, ki so imanentnovpete v procese preventive in kurative;- študent doume pomen usvojenih aktualnihsocioloških in etičnih konceptov in teorij o(ne)zdravju, zdravniškem poklicu, želenemObjectives:Medical sociologyGoals, aims and the contents, which includetheoretical conceptualisation of sociologicalcomprehension of medicine, health and illness,physician’s profession, patient’s characteristicsand the characteristics of his socialenvironment in which he/she lives andworks/acts, understanding of health qualityand social determination of health and illness;inequalities in health quality and healthservice,valuation of elementary sociologicalcharacteristics of health and health-care,demand for combination of sociologicalsystematic and problem approach andadaptation of global and specific themes ofmedicine and other disciplines (sociologicaland medicine and other educationalimagination) as the student:Understands the role and dynamics of docialand socio-cultural changes and theirconsequences on social institutions, relationsbetween state, society, medicine, physician,family, social group and individual; arise anddevelopment of knowledge and the possibilitiesand opportunities of getting information andknowledge, which arise from globalsociological categories (society and social,social institutions, types and modes ofsocialisation, culture and aculturalization andintegration etc.), up to special sociologicaldisciplines (sociology of family, sociology ofwork, sociology of profession, sociology ofchild, economics of medicine etc.), whichenables to understand and to develop thereflective relation of the individual to socialand to his own position within it;- the students becomes able torecognize the importance of socialdetermination and the individual’s rolein development of his/her identity andhis/her interlacing in descriptive andnormative component of contemporaryunderstanding of health and illness inpost-modern society, as physician,patient, family, parents and others,which cooperation grounds on affectiverelations in different organisational(and other) modes in the processes ofsocialization and in transformation ofsocial and cultural capital throughdifferent interractional processes,irreplaceable for the healthy and thesick, physician, nursing team, medicineteam and working of institutions, whichare important involved in the processes44
