Klinične veščine bo spraktičnim delom na oddelkih ustreznonadgradil, tako da bo po zaključku tegapredmeta sposoben samostojno in varnopristopiti k bolniku, obvladal bo odnos z njimin svojci, znal bo vzeti anamnezo, pregledatibolnika ter ovrednotiti diagnostične metode.Študent osvoji veščine citiranja poVancouverskem stilu, razvija veščine javneganastopanja in argumentiranja ter kritičnegavrednotenja literature.Prenesljive/ključne spretnosti in drugiatributi:Študent se bo naučil tudi praktičnih opravil, kiso potrebna pri delu z bolniki:jemanje krvi, dajanje injekcij, snemanje EKG,opravljanje punkcij, kateterizacija mehurja,pisanje receptov.upgrading these skills with practical work inthe ward, the student will be able to approachthe patient independently and safely,communicate effectively with the patient andhis family members, take the history andexamine the patient, and evaluate thediagnostic methods to be applied.Student is able to apply Vancouver style ofcitations, develops presentation andargumentation skills, as well as criticalappraisal of literature.Transferable/Key Skills and other attributes:The student will also acquire the necessarypractical knowledge: withdrawing of blood,giving injections, ECG recording, performing ofpunctures and bladder catheterization, makingout prescriptions.Metode poučevanja in učenja: Predavanja. Vaje in simulacije:študentje vadijo jemanje anamneze spomočjo simulacij, vadijo kliničnepreglede drug na drugem in šele natona bolnikih ter trenirajo praktičneposege na simulatorjih. V procespoučevanja se aktivno vključujejotutorji študenti pod nadzoromhabilitiranih visokošolskih(so)delavcev. Seminarji:Ena ura je namenjena podajanjupovratne informacije po sprotnihpreverjanjih znanja. Seminarjitemeljijo na predstavitvah študentov.Vsak študent pripravi vsaj dvaseminarja; bodisi kot predavanje,lahko predstavi teorijo na podlagirealnega ali virtualnega primerabolnika ali seminar zapiše v oblikičlanka in ga tudi predstavi.Načini ocenjevanja:Sprotno preverjanje znanja:objektivni strukturirani kliničniizpit, zapis anamneze in statusabolnikov, kolokviji iz teorije sposameznih področij internemedicine (vprašanja izbirnegatipa).Learning and teaching methods: Lectures. Work in the wards and simulations:,students practice history taking andclinical examinations on each other.After achieving competence in thesetwo fields they enter wards andpractice on patients. They also trainpractical procedures on simulators. Theteaching process is enriched by peerassisted learning applied under closesupervision of faculty members. Seminars:One hour is for giving feedbackafter interim assessments.Seminars are based on studentpresentations.
