Nach Durchlaufen der Probenaufbereitung müssen sich in der Probenextrakt-Messlösung bei 100 %iger Wiederfindung je Pestizid 200 pg/µl befinden (das entpspricht bei der Einwaage-Konzentration von 5 mg/µl einem Gehalt je Pestizid von 0,04 mg/kg).
