New/Neue HPP facilities

The year 2010 is a special year
for the Heinz Plastics Polska
Company. In the past year, the
HPP board and supervisory board
made the decision to build a new
production site. On a 2.5 ha plot
of land located in Dzialdow’s
industrial district. It is a modern
complex that was co-financed by
EU grants.
This new production house will
allow the company to introduce
two component injection technology
that has been long in the
planning. The new caps will be
an excellent addition to the wide
range of packaging offered to the
clients of the Plastics Group. The
investment will also result in the
commencement of production
of PET packaging manufactured
using ISBM technology in
Dzialdow. The automatization of
most manufacturing processes is
scheduled soon, by using highly
specialized robots for receiving
and packing products off of the
production line.
A modern warehouse based
on the high storage system and
a new scheme of warehouse

management will greatly facilitate
any orders made by our clients
and will shorten loading time.
The HPP Company, in keeping
with the spirit of the SA8000
norm introduced in 2004, and
does not forget the idea of
balanced development realized
in all Heinz Group Companies.
In reference to this idea, special
attention was given to ecological
installations and energy-saving
machines and appliances. Much
attention was given to the matter
of energy recovery from the
machine and modulate cooling
system.
All actions accompanying
this investment and the new
projects are oriented towards
the satisfaction of our clients
while ensuring the maximum
protection to the environment.
