The Triumvirate is perfect again (new three gang)
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
Hereby I wish to let you know that
the “Triumvirate” of Heinz Holding,
i.e. the top management of Heinz
Glas and Plastics Group is perfect
again since October 1st – we have
now an (old) CEO, a (new) COO and
a (new) CFO.
You already know the old CEO,
shareholder manager or president
(depending on culture area and/or
business law) and I am really „the
Old Chap” now after Dr. Nebe, now
64, left us after 11 years of service for
Heinz.
Our new COO, Mr. François Dujardin,
is not so young anymore as well, and
has a long professional experience,
particularly in the glass and packaging
industry. And also our new (a bit
younger) CFO, Mr. Ralf Kockerols,
has a long professional experience
and even has been involved for a
few years as managing director of a
container glass company.
To tell you a little bit about my two
new co-managers on the Heinz
Holding level; Mr. Dujardin is a native
Frenchman who came years ago as
young engineer to Germany and
has been managing for seven years
the tube manufacturing business of
Cebal in Nuremberg and Scheßlitz.
He has become very skilled in the
German language so that he can even
pronounce the “H” in all German
words. And this is definitely an
additional good basis for a successful
cooperation with us Franconians
( little Frenchmen ) and due to his
international experiences he will
contribute to the development of the
international Heinz Glas and Plastics
Group.
I also have confidence in Mr. Kockerols
because he has been dealing so far in
other industries and therefore he will
critically approach the „habits “of the
glass and plastic packing world.
And this critical approach should help
to improve our company at home
and internationally, also the areas
of administration (especially IT),
financing, personnel recruitment
and job training.
Together with the managers
on the next level (see also our
organization chart on page 19),
and the managing directors of
Heinz-Glas and Heinz Plastics
(Dr. Kneitz, Krischke, Peć,
Neubauer, Ferah, Dai, Dr. Nowak
as well as Scheck and Gross) we
should continue to promote and
improve the expansion strategy
of our family owned company
(avoiding excessive moves), in
order to become an even better
partner for the international and
regional customers. And we will
show you some proof for this
already in 2011!
