Ganahl has set new standards<br />
world wide for injection blow<br />
moulding by developing the<br />
unique 4-Station-Technology.<br />
Increasingly thermoplastics are<br />
being processed into hollowbodied<br />
containers (e.g. PET) at<br />
higher temperatures. Therefore<br />
Ganahl has adapted its injection<br />
moulding process and developed<br />
a unique process to meet these<br />
requirements.<br />
Injection – Blowing – Ejection –<br />
Conditioning<br />
Even sprues with very small<br />
diameters can be successfully<br />
conditioned. The manufacturing<br />
process is ideal for very slim<br />
containers, e.g. slim PET bottles.<br />
Injection Blow Moulding at its best!<br />
Production<br />
Processing with our own manufactured<br />
Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) Machines,<br />
we produce the highest quality bottles,<br />
containers and jars with a capacity of<br />
1.5 - 250 ml using various thermoplastic<br />
resins.<br />
Tools<br />
We manufacture tools for our own<br />
production facilities. However, the<br />
majority of moulds are sold to third<br />
party companies world wide. We are the<br />
leading experts in high-quality precision<br />
IBM tool making as well as in flexibility<br />
and speed.<br />
Machines<br />
Ganahl has set new standards in<br />
productivity and process stability in the<br />
injection blow moulding industry. Our<br />
production runs on 26 IBM lines around<br />
the clock and our 4-station machines<br />
guarantee an outstanding quality level.<br />
