Sei ein Genie!
Be a genius!
Die kalte Jahreszeit ist zwar hier, aber
immerhin ist wieder Leben in der
Community zu spüren. Dank 2G sind
die Bars und Clubs teilweise wieder
offen und man kann sich in altgewohnter
Weise amüsieren und gegenseitig
genießen. Es liegt vielleicht auch
daran, dass bei uns Queers ein großes
Vertrauen in die Corona-Impfung zu
beobachten ist: Eine Umfrage auf
unserer Website männer.media ergab,
dass sich lediglich 9,1 Prozent der Teilnehmer*innen
weiterhin nicht impfen
lassen wollen. Ihnen stehen aber 87,2
Prozent der Leser*innen mit vollständigem
Impfschutz entgegen. Zum
Kontext: Die Impfquote in Deutschland
liegt bei etwa 67 Prozent (Stand 31.
Oktober 2021).
Die Impfung ist eine Form der Vorsorge
und dient als Schutz vor einer schweren
Erkrankung. Zwar haben wir uns
mit Vorsorge nicht grade das spannendste
Thema der Welt rausgesucht.
Was aber deine Gesundheit angeht,
mit Sicherheit eines der wichtigsten
Themen.
„Intellektuelle lösen die Probleme.
Genies verhindern sie“, sagte einst
Albert Einstein. Trauen wir den Worten
dieses Mannes, ist es also klar: Bei der
eigenen Gesundheit muss man kein
Intellektueller sein.
Sei einfach ein Genie
und geh’ zur Vorsorge-
Untersuchung.
The cold season is here, but at least
life has returned to the community
again. Thanks to 2G (vaccinated or
recovered), bars and clubs are partly
open again and you can have fun and
enjoy each other in the usual way.
Perhaps this is also helped by the fact
that us Queers have greater confidence
in the corona vaccination: a survey
on our website Männer.media showed
that only 9.1% of the participants do
not want to be vaccinated. This stands
in contrast to the 87.2% of readers
with full vaccination protection.
For context, the vaccination rate in
Germany is around 67% (as of October
31, 2021).
Vaccination is a form of prevention
and thus protects us from worse. It
is true that we did not pick out the
most exciting topic in the world with
prevention. But as far as your health
is concerned, it is definitely one of the
most important issues out there.
“Intellectuals solve problems. Geniuses
prevent them,” Albert Einstein
once said. If we trust the words of this
man, it is clear: you don‘t have to be an
intellectual to be in good health. Just
be a genius and see your doctor for a
check-up.
