2010-cu Hesabat ili, “TuranBank”ın fəaliyyət
tarixinə ötən illərdə olduğu kimi iqtisadi artımın
dinamik inkişafının həm saxlanılması, həm
də yüksəlmə xətti üzrə davamiyyətinin təmin
edilməsi nöqteyi nəzərdən əlamətdar il kimi
daxil olmuşdur.
Fəaliyyətinin 18 ili ərzində 2010-cu ilin vacibliyi
bankın tarixində olduqca xüsusidir. Belə
ki, hələ 2007-ci ildən qəbul edilmiş və 2008-
2011, 2012-2015, 2016-2020 dövrlərini əhatə edən
strateji plana müvafiq olaraq, bank yeni strateji
dövrün ilk 2 ilini “İnstitutsional İnkişaf” illəri
kimi elan etmiş və bu sahədə köklü islahatlar
apararaq, güclü təməlin bazasını 2008-2009-cu
illər üzrə yaratmış, 2010-cu ili isə əsaslı “İnstitutsional
İnkişaf” bazasından qaynaqlanaraq
biznes ili kimi elan etmiş və nəticə etibarı ilə
rəqəmsal artıma nail olmuşdur.

The 2010 accounting year was a significant year for
“TuranBank” from the point of view of keeping
and ensuring the ascending continuance of dynamic
economic growth as in the previous years.
The significance of the year 2010, within the 18
year of the bank’s activity, is huge. Since it is important
to have quality criteria of “Institutional
Development” with steady basis in order to
achieve the goals set forward in the bank’s strategic
plan adopted back in 2007 which covered
several periods from 2008 to 2011, from 2012 to
2015 and from 2016 to 2020, the bank announced
the first two years of the new strategic period to
be the years of “Institutional Development” and
established the solid basis through fundamental
reforms carried out during 2008 and 2009, and
benefiting from the established solid basis of “Institutional
Development”, announced the year
Hələ 2008-ci ilin II yarısından başlayan
ümumdünya maliyyə böhranı 2009-cu ildə
dərinləşmə mərhələsinə qədəm qoymasına
baxmayaraq, 2010-cu hesabat ilində sönmə
mərhələsinədək enmə tendensiyası ilə müşayət
edilmişdir. Lakin istər böhranın tüğyan etdiyi
dövrlər, istərsə də 2010-cu hesabat ili
Azərbaycan iqtisadiyyatında aparılan islahatlar
və düzgün iqtisadi siyasət nəticəsində milli
iqtisadiyyat həm yüksələn xətlə inkişaf etmiş,
eyni zamanda dövlət investisiyaları, həm də
özəl sektorun fəaliyyəti nəticəsində iri infrastruktur
və digər sosial-iqtisadi layihələrin
uğurla icra olunması ilə nəticələnmişdir.
Ümumilikdə son tarixi dövrə nəzər yetirsək
asanlıqla müşahidə edə bilərik ki, 2003-2010cu
illərdə azərbaycanda orta iqtisadi artım
tempinin 17% və eyni zamanda maliyyə
sisteminin tərkib hissəsi kimi bank sektorunun
aktivlərinin son 3 ildə illik artım tempinin 25%
olması respublikamızın milli iqtisadi sisteminin
dünya arenasında lider mövqe pilləsinə
çatdırılmasına şərait yaratmışdır.
Sözsüz ki, qeyd olunan şərait çərçivəsində və
eyni zamanda artım dinamikasının müşahidə
olunduğu bir dövrdə TuranBank olaraq ölkədə
qeyri-neft sektoru istiqamətində kiçik və orta
sahibkarlığa diqqət və qayğının artırılması, real
iqtisadi sektora dəstək olan blok kimi bizləri də
hədsiz sevindirir.

effected adequate reforms and pursued proper
economic policy, and successfully continued the
implementation of large infrastructure and other
social and economic projects through government
investments and the activity of the private
sector.
While reviewing the recent years, it becomes
obvious that the economic growth rate in
azerbaijan, which was with average 17 percent
for the period from 2003 to 2010, and the annual
growth rate of the assets of banking sector as a
part of financial system, which was 25 percent
for the last three years, enabled the national
economic system of our republic to take a
leading position in the world.
Certainly, under the above-mentioned conditions,
as well as in the light of dynamic economic
growth, we, TuranBank, as an actor of banking
system supporting real economic sector, are
gratified by the increasing care and support provided
to the small and medium enterprises in the
non-oil sector of the country.
especially, we would like to note that, there are
a number of important documents signed by
the President of the Republic, aimed at increasing
and facilitating the growth of non-oil sector
within the overall economic system, which
include the State Program for Socio-economic
