Kömək Milli Fondu və Kənd Təsərrüfatı Kreditləri
üzrə Dövlət Agentliyi vasitəsilə bir sıra regi onal
təsərrüfat subyektlərinin güzəştli şərtlərlə
uzunmüddətli əsasda maliyyələşdirilməsi həyata
keçirilmişdir. Qeyd olunan tədbirlər və bir çox
yeni layihələrin reallaşdırılması 2011-ci ildə də
davam etdiriləcəkdir ki, bu da öz növbəsində
qeyri-neft sektorunun inkişafına və eyni zamanda
xüsusi çəki etibarı ilə iqtisadiyyatın neft
sektorundan asılılığının azaldılmasına gətirib
çıxaracaqdır. Təkcə onu qeyd etmək lazımdır ki,
2010-cu ildə ölkə iqtisadiyyatına 15,5 mlrd. ABş
dolları məbləğində investisiya qoyulmuşdur.

out of domestic production and the dependence
of such products on import was minimized. Regional
agrotechnical bases, including grain and
refrigerated warehouses were constructed in order
to ensure the storage of farmers’ products in
suitable conditions.
Farmers were equipped with farming machinery
and equipment through “Agroleasing” OjSC
and subsidies from state budget were granted
to farmers for sowing of grain fields. Long-term
finan cing of a number of regional economic entities
on preferential terms was provided by National
Fund for entrepreneurship Support and
State Agency on Agricultural Credits. The implementation
of the mentioned projects will be
continued in 2011, which, in its turn, will lead to
growth of the non-oil sector resulting in the decrease
in dependence of the economy on oil sector.
It should be noted that 15,5 billion USD was
invested in the economy of our country in 2010.

Hesabat ilində ölkədə iqtisadiyyatın və sosial
sahələrin inkişafına bütün maliyyə mənbələri
hesabına 9715,2 mln. manat və ya ötən il ilə
müqayisəli qiymətlərlə 21,2% çox əsas kapitala investisiya
yönəldilmişdir. Əsas kapitala qoyulmuş
vəsaitin 75,2%-ni daxili investisiyalar, 24,8%-ni isə
xarici investisiyalar təşkil etmişdir. 2010-cu ildə
əsas kapitala yönəldilmiş ümumi investisiyaların
6767,6 mln. manatı (69,7%-i) qeyri-neft sektorunun,
2947,6 mln. manatı (30,3%-i) isə neft sektorunun
inkişafında istifadə edilmişdir.
In the accounting year, investments, amounting to
9715,2 million AzN or 21,2 percent more at prices
compared to the previous year, were made from
all sources to the fixed capital for development of
economy and social fields. The assets invested to
the fixed capital consist of 75,2 percent of domestic
investments and 24,8 percent of foreign investments.
Out of the total investments to the fixed
capital in 2010: 6767,6 million AzN (69,7 percent)
was aimed at the development of non-oil sector
and 2947,6 million AzN (30,3 percent) for oil sector.

və ya 2009-cu illə müqayisədə 9,4% çox geniş
çeşidli istehlak malları satılmış və pullu xidmətlər
göstərilmişdir. Hesabat dövründə 2009-cu
illə müqayisədə əmtəə dövriyyəsi 9%, pullu
xidmətlərin həcmi isə 10,8% artmışdır.
Hesabat ili ərzində makroiqtisadi stabilliyin
qorunması istiqamətində dövlət tərəfindən
aparılan islahatların uğurlu nəticəsi kimi, in flyasi

During 2010, the population was provided with
wide-range consumer goods and paid services
amounting to 18404 million AzN or 9,4 percent
more compared to 2009. Compared to 2009, during
the accounting year the goods turnover increased
by 9 percent and paid services by 10,8 percent.
As a successful result of the reforms effected by
the government during the accounting year aimed
at maintaining the macroeconomic stability, the
inflation rate was 5,7 percent and the cash incomes
