Graduate <strong>Leadership</strong> Program Explorations of 360 Degree Feedback Methods<br />

thousands of miles apart, two graduate programs are exploring ways that two 360 feedback methods, the leadership circle<br />

profile instrument and the leadership practices Inventory online tool, can strengthen their leadership education programs by<br />

increasing their relevance and impact.<br />

Transformative Tools and Methods for <strong>Leadership</strong> Development<br />

beyond questions of how to help leaders make sense and use of theory in the field, the presenters are particularly interested<br />

in how the use of a 360 degree feedback tool and a method for uncovering limiting assumptions can contribute to leaders’<br />

learning. this presentation will report on research aimed at contributing to an understanding of this question.<br />
